AN ASSESSEE PURCHASED A MOTORCYCLE FROM A SHOP ON CASH PAYMENT AND AO IS INVOKING SEC40A(3)AND DISALLOWING PAYMENT SO WHETHER ANY REMEDY IS AVAILABLE TO ASSESSEE.
