: Justification of the AO
Dear Amit, Believe it or not the AO is doing exactly that. Moreover he is charging the diff in rates as short payment & chg interest on it & threatening to impose penalty. Pls quote the sec under which the assessee can deposit a revised return within 15 days of the intimation by the AO. The above case is time bound. Looking for an early reply in this matter. Dear Amit Do I understand that if she put this money in FD for 10 days and after 10 days re-invest in FD Now interest earned on re-investment will not be clubbed. -
