Dear Sir, can individual show their individaul expences like children school fees,home regular expences (if bill available)as expences in return file and claim to income tax department to this is my expenxce

Expenses relating to generate the income is allowed under income tax act as deduction. Any other expenses which is not related to generate the income which is chargeable to income tax is not allowed.
I your question you said children school fees, if this is tuition fees then assessee can take deduction for the same in u/s 80C. Household expenses are part of personal expenses to person & hence not allowed.

deduction u/s 80 C can be claimed for tution/ school fees for full time courses.
other regular expenses cannot be cliamed.
