Exise duty on purchase

We are trading company in cochin, and we receive local and interstate good . Most of the bill are cst bills can we claim Exicse duty in gst . Please advise norms if any in this

Excise duty can be claimed in GST. 100% in case of documentary evidence. 40% can be claimed without documents.
