A company is proposing to shift its industrial undertaking from urban area to non urban area. For this purpose it is transfering its capital assets. Is Exemption u/s 54G available if the date of transfer of capital assets are different in the same financial year?
Further if the date of transfer of capital assets fall within different financial year then is the exemption available?
