19 January 2012 I got exemption in Law in previous attempt and got 63 in Financial Accounting in this November attempt so can I claim exemption in both the subject?

20 January 2012 You have to select any one of these subject only for exemption. I hope you select a right subject. If you don't select then your previous exemption in law will prevail.

09 March 2012 but when i have enquired about the same in the institue they said i will be only eligible to take exemption only in Law and not in Accounts

22 May 2012 If a student obtains exemption in one of the papers in a group, he shall not be eligible for any exemption in the same group for the next 3 attempts.

Accordingly you cannot avail the exemption in accounts.
