Exemption of Trust

If a trust is paying mnthly conveyance charges to a trustee for conveyance from residence to trust office, whether it will be deemed as application of income of trust for the benefit of trustee and exemption of trust can be withdraw? Total conveyance paid during he year is Rs. 170,000 approx. Please quote the relevant provisions or case law also.

If it is in normal limit of exp you can claim as application for trust purpose
