03 February 2011 please answer what is the procedure of exemption limit of service tax in two cases first when person starts providing taxable service first time in current f.year and second when he provides taxable service for several years.

04 February 2011 If person starting transaction current year only, then wait up to crossing exemption limit.

In case already in running business, the turnover of the previous year exceeds the exemption limit, ST applicable from Current year
