Sir,
I wish to know about the exemption in respect of EOU unit registered under STPI.
i.e. How long an EOU unit(regd under STPI scheme in 2011) can claim the exemption under IT Act 1961?

can claim exemption under section 10B untill the assessment year 2012-13
