Kindly clarify how to file form 32 for change of director from executive to non- execuitve. Is this chage of designation or does he need to resign and again be re appointed. It is urgent

Form-32 require to be filed in following three cases:

1. Appointment
2. Change in Designation
3. Resignation

In your case change from executive to non-executive does not involve change in designation, as per my understanding in that case no need to file Form-32 for such change.

It will be better to resign the director and then re-aapoint the same with correct details as you desire.
