26 March 2014 hi. this is Raghu . i have dout in excise duty how will i intake amount from (collected duty )sales and how adjusted with purchase( paid excise duty) kindly give me the answer

28 March 2014 Your Input Credit (Purchase / Ser Tax Credit)
Basic 100000
Ed Cess 2000
SHcess 1000

Duty Payble (Sales )
Basic 150000
Ed Cess 3000
SHcess 1500
You have to pay Excise Duty by cash (PLA)
Basic 50000 + 1000 + 500

If Duty Payble (80000+1600+800)
Input Cenvat Bal will be (20000+400+200)
