Dear Sir,
our product Tariff Code Is 38019000 we require excise duty & Ed Cess ,S H & Ed Cess for Budget 2015-2016.

The excise Rates have been changed to 12.5% and Education cess & SHE Cess are not applicable. Refer notification 15/2015-CE
Please refer fifth schedule Page 69 to Finance bill for products under chapter 38 for which excise rate have change. The link is given below;
