HELLO,can anybody tell me that to which concern excise applicable?or how to register a concern under excise?

Excise duty liable for excisable goods manufacturing defined under excise and salt act 1944.
Exemption limit till 150 lacs turnover.
in case your unit turnover exemption limit you should apply Form A-1 with required documents like pan no,Process flowchart,list of machineries, ground plan,etc.
