Dear experts,
We are doing excisable job work, the major meterials is supply by customer however we are also adding some excisable input to final product, plz clarify can we claim cenvat credit on input used in manufacturing of final goods,

If jobworker are registered under central excise then they can avail the cenvat credit of inputs used in the job work and principal manufacturer should be pay excise duty on final product. If job worker are not registered under central excise then principal manufacturer can also avail the cenvat credit on input used by job worker.
