23 November 2009 I have paid some excess excise duty in month of October through sales bill for that month i have also submited the my monthly ER 1 return now i want know what is processure taking back the excess amount of excise duty from Department.

23 November 2009 In my views you should take credit back of excess duty paid in your cenvat account and put remarks in cenvat account
