Dear Sir,
Pl.guide me in case of Examption.
I am working in foundry industries.in case of exaption there are one supplier.in last year 08.09 he supply me a excise gate pass of his materieal but sence current year from april 09 he gave me a exmpted gate pass(Nil gate pass) of same material why ?

He may be availing SSI exemption in the beginning of financial year till 1.5 crore turnover.
