11 August 2008 I cleared my foundation examination in 1999 and after that i get eligibility certificate for group I only and appeared for intermediate exams in group I twice. But cant succeed & due to my personal reasons i m not able to continue my intermediate studies. I also completed my articleship for 3 years in 2002. Now after 5 years in this feb i rejoined the course as PCC & also completed 100 hours ITT programme. I have got my SRO number from the institute also. Now in the PCC examination form it asks for intermediate examination eligilibity certificate for both the groups but i had only for group I only.
Whether I am eligible for appearing in PCE or not.
Please help me

24 August 2008 write to ICAI as ec will not be reissued as test papers for pce are not there. They will accordingly amend and waive off.
