MY CLIENT HAS PROVIDED SERVICE FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE....
HE HAS USED JUST 3 LABORS TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE...
HE HAS RAISED BILL OF RS.320000 PLUS SERCVICE TAX@12.36% I.E SAY 360000.

BUT.... CUSTEMER HAS DEDUCTED TDS@2% AND ESIC@6.5%
I UNDERSTOOD ABOUT TDS....
BUT WHY HE HAS DEDUCTED ESIC@6.5% ?
IT IS APPLICABLE ONLY LABORS USED ARE 10 OR MORE...
IN MY CASE IT IS NOT APPLICABLE.......
I M WAITING FOR SOMEBUDIED REPLY....
