IS THE AMOUNT CONTRIBUTED TOWARDS ESIC IS EXEMPT FROM TAXABILITY UNDER THE INCOME TAX ACT, IN EMPLOYEE POINT OF VIEW.

There is no exemption but there may be deduction under section 80C. check out the list of deduction u/s 80C. According to me, most probably there is no such deduction.
