Its depend on management to decide the number of Shares in Rs. 100000 Authorised capital. it can be between 100000 equity shares of Rs. 1each or 1 equity shares of Rs. 100000 each.

The Face value of shares can be start from Rs. 1 and end with Rs. 100000 per equity shares.
