Hi,
Equalization levy not require to pay but still paid for below cases.
Case 1 . Payment not exceeded above 1 Lac.
Case 2. Equalization levy not require to pay said services.
Can we ask refund of paid amount ?
Can we adjust said payment with future liability ?
