04 June 2010 EPS information should be presented"on the face of the statement of profit and loss". EPS should be disclosed,even if there is a negative earnings and not to be shown as ZERO. Calculation of EPS ,components of net profit/loss and components of shares, should form part of the "notes on accounts".
