Should Disclosure of EPS as Per AS-20 in case of Loss making Company is necessary?

iN CASE OF NEGATIVE EPS, IT IS SHOWN AS ZERO.

EPS information should be presented"on the face of the statement of profit and loss". EPS should be disclosed,even if there is a negative earnings and not to be shown as ZERO. Calculation of EPS ,components of net profit/loss and components of shares, should form part of the "notes on accounts".
