Dear sir,
during the audit i found that the company deposited the EPF and ESI after due date, so i want to know that what should i do,, or what is consequences of late deposit or EPF and ESI or i want to know about any penalty?? please tell me

EPF & ESI of Employee's share deposited after due date is disallowed U/S 43B if , Tax audit is applicable, for employer's contribution if it is unpaid before due date of filing return, then it will be disallowed and will be allowed in the finance year when it is actually paid.
