03 October 2013 Sir,
I have registered for ipcc course through direct entry scheme.I started my articleship on july 29,2013.I would like to know can i appear for the ipcc may examination 2014 or not?

03 October 2013 Sir,
Can u please help me in how can i prepare for my ipcc may exams 2014.I am planning to write only the first group.Can u please provide some valuable tips for taking up the first group of IPCC?

Then do start it now..

Complete your Practical portion 1st like Taxation,Cost-Fm, Accounts...

Wait few days more before start preparing for Law..
ICAI will notify very shortly whether new act or the previous one will applicable for May term...

03 October 2013 Be concentrate on studies while you preparing as well as do your articleship training work very well with efficient and active because of practical knowledge or works teaches us more and perfect than subject especially be concentrate on Income tax during your articleship work because of undestanding of Income tax is some critical through study but practical work makes it easy.

Plan to study every day at-least 2 to 3 hours and at week ends(holiday to the office) spend more time and revise all you read during the last week and upto date plan to complete your preparation by January 2014 and during February 2014 complete one time revision and in the month of March 2014 write a self exams your self for the previous attempt question papers(available at www.icai.org) and make correction of it your self with the answers provided by ICAI and allot marks based on your answers and in the month of April 2014 give the finishing touch of your preparation.

Note: while doing of revision and finishing touch you should be concentrate on Latest RTPs and Practice Manuals issued by the ICAI for that attempt and previous attempts also.

They will assist you...

However, for Accounts and Tax you can follow reference books..
As there is not much practicals in the study material...
