MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM SALARY FOR THE CONTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYER IN THE EPF SCHEME.
IF ANY EMPLOYEE HAVE SALARY MORE THAN RS. 6,500/-, CAN EMPLOYER IS LAIBLE FOR THE CONTRIBUTION IN EPF A/C.

contribution over salary of 6500 is to be decided upon mutual agreement between employer / employee, its not mandatory but voluntary.

agreed with Mr Sharma. additionally, there is a limit regarding minimum number of employees in the firm. So, this should also be considered.
