eligibility of pe2 exam to be held in november 2008

13 June 2008 I have completed PE1 in Jan 2005 and registered for PE2 in June 2005 and got the eligibility certificate for May 2006 PE2 exam. May 2008 was my fifth attempt, if i donot clear in may 2008 exam can i appear for nov 2008 PE2 exam. If i cannot what should i do. Please note iam doing itt training right now.
