CAN U PLZ TELL ME THT WHT THE MINIMUM TIME TO START TRAINI9NG TO APPEAR IN PCC MAY 2010. IF ISTART MY TRAINING ON 15 NOV 2008..WILL I B ELIGIBLE??????
