Dear Friends,
My office is in a 450 Sq ft Flat which is specifically used for office.
Whether the Electricity charges are to be paid at Domestic or Commercial Rate Please specify is any circular please Recommed.

If premises used for office only convert immediately to commercial usage if using living and office domestic is enough

Commercial rate can't be adopted for chartered accountant's office set up in residential premises. Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Mumbai high court's decisions are available in support of the above.
