Efiling of earlier year returns

12 November 2011 Dear Expert,

we hav one company for which we failed to file return from AY 2007-08

having NIL taxable income and having refunds only.

can we file ITR 5 of earlier years for claiming TDS

12 November 2011 Pl file a petition to the commissioner of income tax under section 119 of the IT Act,1961 seeking to give direction to the concerned ITO to accepted the time barred returns. After this file the returns in paper format.
