20 April 2017 If it can be implemented, it shall make it impossible to transport goods without invoices. Presently numerous types of invoices are created. Certain type of invoices are created, carried along with the goods and destroyed at the end of journey. Such invoices are called Kabootar invoices. Such practices will become difficult. It will help honest assessees.
