I have paid tds by cash . Now while filing E tds return it is showing error

TDS/TCS - ERROR FILE
Line No Record Type Statement Type Field Name Challan Details Record Number Deductee/ Salary Detail No. Error Code & Description
8 Batch Regular Cheque / DD No. - - T-FV-3161 No value should be provided in Cheque/ DD no. field

Please help how to proceed further.
