How to file Income Tax return online without digital certificate.

Download the excel utlility from Income tax website, prepare the return covert xml file
Register in incometaxefilling website and login and upload the xml file

No. Digital signature is not mandatory for individual.
1) Register your PAN
2) Fill up ITR
3) Validate All sheets
4) Generate and save xml
5) Log in
6) upload xml
7) Save acknowledgment.
8) Open by giving password i.e. PAN followed by DO in small letter
e.g aabpg1242a24121982
9) Take printout and send to CPC banglore by ordinary post.
