Dear Sir,
I have electronically filed my company return with out digital signature which is not liable to tax audit whether it is correct or i will revised the same return with digital signature becuase comany’s statutory audit have done by chartered accountant. please give me guidance.

you are correct for income tax return purpose. No need to file the revised return.
But i think for uploading the annual return to ROC site you must have digital signature. Check this with your company secretary.
