E-1 TRANSACTION IN EXPORT SALE

This query is : Resolved

19 October 2010 Seller ----> Buyer -----> Exporter(SEZ)

In case, the Seller delivers the goods to the Exporter(SEZ)directly, without going to the buyer's place(like E-1 transaction), Is the Seller eligible to get Exemption as Export Sale.

If so, kindly let me explain the various forms(like c-form, h-form, etc.) which are to be exchanged between these parties.

19 October 2010 This is called penulimate sale. As per sec 5(3) of CST Act, Penultimate sale is also deemed to be in course of export and is exempt from CST.

The actual exporter has to issue a certificate to the penultimate seller in For, H.

Here Buyer will issue form H to seller.
