13 March 2016 I applied for the TIN in June 2015, but till now neither Inspector came (because of wrong ward) nor I have got RC... So now I want to get my DVAT registration cancelled... what should I do??

You need to follow complete procedure to cancel your registration.

If you want VAT inspector to visit your premises and generate your RC, it is also possible.
