27 May 2010 TAX invoice in DVAT can be issued without TIN No.(unregistered dealer)?

27 May 2010 Can not be issued.

Not only in DVAT, unregistered dealer can not issue Tax invoice under any VAT laws. Infact, an unregistered dealer can not charge VAT.

27 May 2010 Sorry but question is not the one which u think sir , the question (A registered dealer can issue a TAX INVOICE to unregistered dealer or to an end dealer)

I can not opine on DVAT. However, the VAT rules invariably requirs that the buyers TIN be mentioned in the invoice. Hence such an invoice can not be issued to an unregistered dealer.

27 May 2010 Tax invoice should contain Printed Tin No. of the Dealer its issued for Input vat credit to registered dealer. so for unregistered dealer Retail Invoice to be issue.

if No Tin no printed on registered dealer invoice its not Valied Invoice.
