02 December 2014 Sir, My query is that a handicraft items manufacturer who exports the same wants to take the duty draw back. I want to know that whether the wood used in the manufacturing process should also be imported or not. Can I please get the procedure for getting back the credit. Also If the manufacturer purchases the finished good from local market and export it directly, will it get the credit?

01 January 2015 the exporter who after manufacturer exports the wooden items called the manufacturer.
