Is Due Diligence Report necessarily made for a financial year or it can a time duration demanded by the bank?

Thank u for the response sir, i also wanted to know that if i am making DDR for the duration mentioned by the bank, should 'Forex exposure' of the company mentioned for the duration demanded by the bank or for the entire financial year?
