DUE DATE OF INCOME TAX & SALES TAX

I am Sanish from cohin. I am working in a pvt limited company based at cochin. I would like to know the due date of Income tax & sales tax filing date of our company. Our turn over for the FY 2010-11, ie. AY 2011-12 is less than 60 laks (we are not in 44AB).Please gine me a reply very soon. My email id : Sanish.ks@sify.com
