22 November 2012 what is the last date of filing of annual return if AGM is adjourned, and what is penalty of late filing .. plzz reply

Within 60 from the date of AGM as per section 159 of the Companies Act, 1956.If the meeting is adjourned the the date of adjourned meeting will be the date of AGM.

my ques is ..A person who reside in Indonesia
and and he get life retirement plan of the amount of rupess 25 lakh from india.. so tds is deducted on this amount.
and whats are steps to transfer of money from NRO to NRE a/c
