OUR COMPANY'S AGM IS DUE ON 30/09/2012.
ON THIS DATE THE DAY IS SUNDAY.
WHAT WILL BE THE DUE DATE 29/09/2012 OR 30/09/2012.
PLZ REPLY WITH REASON.

Due date will be 30/09/2012.
You can not hold its AGM on 30/09/2012, because Sunday on that date, but it can be use that date as due date.

Agree with Mr. Mishra.
Due date of AGM will remain same i.e. 30/09/2012 for ROC form 23AC and ACA.
However last date for holding AGM in 2012 was 29/09/2012.
