Can anyone tell me my below question
1) what is due date for depositing the TDS if it 7th on Sunday, then it should on 8th or it should be on 6th
2) If any short paymentmade on march TDS
then it wolud some extent date or it wolud be with interest for balance payment.

15 March 2010 for the last year (2008-09). we pay march 09 tax in April 8th (7th is sunday). But income tax department is chagring 1% tax for 1 days

is liable to deposit the tax?
