Can anyone tell me the due date of filing of form 23ac 23aca wihh roc for financial year 2012-2013.
What are the charges(penalty) prescribed for late filing of form 23ac and 23aca.

Generally, if the Financial year is ending on 31.03.2013, then due date for annual filing is: 30.09.2013.
You will file following Forms with ROC:
1. Form23 AC & ACA (with in 30 days from the date of AGM)
2. Form-66 (Compliance Certificate){with in 30 days from the date of AGM}
3. Form-20B (Annual Return)(with in 60 days from the date of AGM).
