being dual citizen of India and nepal now Iam serving in abroad via Nepalese passport, what ever my income I remit to india in my Indian bank account, is this income is taxable, should I file itr, if so explain me.throughly through income tax act..

Income is not taxable in India no need to file any return. Your ac should be either NRO/NRE ac.
