Dsc on mca forms

Please Help.
I am not able to attach DSC(.pfx) to MCA forms (pdf forms). When I click on sign box nothing happens, rather I am not able to click there.

I have latest adobe reader and latest run time java.

What should i do?

26 March 2014 I think you are not clicking on 'Check Form' before affixing DSC.

Adobe should be from version 9.4 to 10.1.4

26 March 2014 Check Form works when I first fill the form, Is it just possible to affix DSC without filling the form.

The case is I need to attach dsc only and forward it further for rest of work. Is that possible.?

26 March 2014 Please help on this matter, also tell can any PCA sign form or can only be done by auditor/s of company

26 March 2014 You cannot affix signature before filling the form and clicking on 'Check Form' button. You have to first fill the form completely and then affix signature. Also when you affix signature you cannot modify details in the form.
