dsc which means digital signature certificate is an authenticating tool in the digital message or document., it is not the digital form of the signature., but it is an pan encripted which is used in online communications.

the govt of india had given license to some of the certifying authorities to issue dsc, like tcs, e mudra, etc., we need to apply to the concerned certifing authority through their agents and fill the application and submit to tthem., there are various clases of dscs and the price also depends upon our requirement., if u want details, mail me to bhargava.wisdom@gmail.com
