Doubt whether i can claim exemption u/s 54f

I have an urban land, and recently I purchased a new residential house through bank loan. Can I claim exemption under section 54F ??? because I purchased my house through bank loan.... can I get exemption under that section...please help me

Yes you can get exemption u/s 54F provided you sell the land within one year from the date of purchase of house and repay the loan out of the sale proceeds.
