doubt of individual and proprietorship firm

Sir , I have a doubt that a person who worked for 9 months in company and established new business as a sub-broker at the end of 9 month.......My question is that if return filled for the financial year. At dat time, whether one ITR-IV is filled for salary and business income or two seperate ITR-2 or ITR-4. Reply soon.......................and tds is deducted on firm name which is proprietorship firm.................

ONLY ONE ITR-4 TO BE FURNISHED, AND YOU ALSO CLAIM THE TDS AMOUNT IN THAT ITR
