Doubt in filling form-109

10 December 2012 i got the consent from my Principle to take transfer of articleship.
My query is while filling Form-109 i find the colum to fill the BANK A/C details in which stipend was paid,
but my auditor didnt gave me any stipend during 3 months of my article training,
wat i have to do? wether to left that column without filling any details?
will it make any problem for me if i didnt fill those columns?

I think, at the time of joining you have decided the amount of stipend and mode of payment of stipend. It is a major port of articleship training.

As per Regulation 48(2) of the CA Act, 1988: The stipend under this regulation shall be paid by the principal to the articled assistant either (a) by a crossed account payee cheque every month against a stamped receipt to be obtained from the articled assistant; or (b) by depositing the amount every month in an account opened by the articled assistant in his own name with a branch of the bank to be specified by the principal.

Open a Bank A/c in your name and give the details of that A/c.
