Sir,
I am working on private company and Board of directors of my company has decided to sell(all share)of the company for the consideration for cash.
I have to give my directors detail procedure to effect the sell.
can anyone please tell me the detail procedure for the same and what i know is that the company have to prepare MOU first that i m preparing but detail procedure i don't know.
Please help me its urgent.
